The marriage checklist, equity calculator, property organizer, RSU organizer, and document checklist run in your browser. The application does not submit their entries to our server, professionals, analytics, or an AI service.
Tool entries normally last only in the current page session. The document checklist offers an explicit save-and-restore option using this browser’s local storage. It stores completion choices, not uploaded documents. Unchecking that option or using reset attempts to delete the saved choices; browser settings also let you clear this site’s data.
Anyone with access to your browser may be able to see saved progress. Browser storage is not a secure document vault. No tool requires an account or document upload.
Forms and their purposes
When submission storage is configured, the application stores information you choose to submit to PostgreSQL for the operator to review. A contact message includes your email address, category, and message. Newsletter interest includes your email, optional first name, interest choices, and consent version.
A professional request includes your first name, email, optional phone, county, issue category, contact preference, and chosen professional. We record the consent timestamp, consent wording, and wording version. Requests are saved for review and are not automatically transmitted to the professional.
Do not send Social Security numbers, account numbers, passwords, children’s identifying information, or intimate case details. If storage is unavailable, the form reports that it could not accept the submission.
Newsletter status
Email delivery is not enabled in this release. Saving newsletter interest does not activate a subscription; email confirmation is required. The outbox stores subscriber references for a future delivery process, not a claim that a message was sent.
The application supports expiring confirmation tokens and unsubscribe tokens. When email delivery is introduced, the notice and sender details must be updated. You can use the contact page to request removal of saved interest in the meantime.
Hosting, security, and measurement
Hosting and database providers process the information necessary to serve the site and store submissions. Hosting infrastructure may record request metadata such as network addresses and browser information. The exact production providers and their retention settings must be disclosed when deployment is configured.
The submission service derives a keyed, time-bucketed value from a network address to enforce rate limits. Application error messages and logs are designed to avoid form contents, tokens, and account details.
No analytics provider or advertising tracker is enabled by default. Optional workbook checkout uses Stripe to process payment information; we do not store card details. A necessary, HttpOnly purchase cookie lasts 30 days and links this browser to hashed purchase ownership records. Browser storage also retains a random checkout request identifier to avoid duplicate requests. Purchase records contain the product, amount, payment status, provider references, and purchase-consent version and timestamp. Completed workbook contents are not uploaded.
Retention and access
Server-side submissions, consent records, pending newsletter records, and rate-limit records remain in the database until the operator deletes them. Automatic retention deletion has not been implemented. Production retention periods and deletion procedures must be established before public form collection begins.
Data may remain in provider backups according to the configured provider’s policy. No specific backup deletion deadline is promised here. Access should be limited to authorized operators and providers performing their service.
Questions and requests
Use the contact page for a privacy question or a request to access, correct, or delete information you submitted. Identify the email used and the general request; do not send identity documents through the form. Additional verification may be necessary before changing a record.
